The article examines the external prerequisites for digital transformation of business in Russian economy. object research is institutional infrastructure subject study state ecosystem. main problem insufficient maturity with limited availability technologies. purpose to determine technological limitations environment systemic accordance global trends development methodology based on analysis ecosystem economy formation cross-industry cooperation Internet indicative method and comparative e-government rating index were used as an tool.
